A macho discipline that comprises forceful military moves and elaborate, athletic leaps, the tradition of Georgian dancing contains “no room for weakness” and certainly “no sex”, according to Mehrab’s teacher. Enter new student Irakli (Bachi Valishvili), tall, dark and handsome with a twinkle in his eye and a spring in his step that knocks Mehrab sideways. Swedish writer-director Levan Atkin’s heady third feature is attuned to the way desire has a tendency to throw everyday mundanities into sharp relief. Mehrab is indifferent when dance partner Mary (Ana Javakishvili) falls asleep on his shoulder, but when it’s Irakli, he’s silently elated. In ultra-conservative Georgia, desire between two men remains strictly taboo. And so longing throbs like a sickness in small, unacknowledged gestures like the careful folding of a would-be lover’s T-shirt or a juicy, bleeding pomegranate (recalling, perhaps, Call Me By Your Name ’s peach). Luca Guadagnino’s queer romance might seem like a reference point, but that film’s swanky Italian villa is a world away from Mehrab’s, with his precarious restaurant job and out-of-credit mobile phone. Οι αιτήσεις ένταξης στο νέο ΚΟΤ υποβάλλονται ηλεκτρονικά μέσω του ειδικού προγράμματος της Η. ΔΙ. Κ. Α. (). Οι δικαιούχοι του ΚΟΤ θα πρέπει να υποβάλλουν αίτηση ένταξης στο ΚΟΤ κάθε χρόνο και κάθε φορά εντός (1) μηνός από τη λήξη της προθεσμίας υποβολής των δηλώσεων φόρου εισοδήματος φυσικών προσώπων καθώς και της ενδεχόμενης παράτασής της, προκειμένου να γίνει επανέλεγχος των προϋποθέσεων ένταξης στο ΚΟΤ. Οι παρακάτω πληροφορίες αποτελούν μία σύντομη περίληψη των βασικών σημείων της Απόφασης και παρέχονται προς διευκόλυνση των ενδιαφερομένων. Κατηγορία ΚΟΤ Α’: Εντάσσονται όσοι πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις χορήγησης του Κοινωνικού Εισοδήματος Αλληλεγγύης. β. Κατηγορία ΚΟΤ Β’: Εντάσσονται όσοι πληρούν τις παρακάτω προϋποθέσεις: i. Έχουν ετήσιο συνολικό πραγματικό ή τεκμαρτό εισόδημα, όπως αυτό προκύπτει από τις τελευταίες εκκαθαρισμένες δηλώσεις φόρου εισοδήματος, έως τα όρια του πίνακα παρακάτω: Πίνακας εισοδηματικών ορίων: Σύνθεση νοικοκυριού Εισοδηματικό όριο Μονοπρόσωπο νοικοκυριό 9. 000 ευρώ Νοικοκυριό αποτελούμενο από δύο ενήλικα μέλη ή μονογονεϊκή οικογένεια με ένα ανήλικο μέλος 13. 500 ευρώ Νοικοκυριό αποτελούμενο από δύο ενήλικα μέλη και ένα ανήλικο μέλος ή μονογονεϊκή οικογένεια με δύο ανήλικα μέλη 15. 750 ευρώ Νοικοκυριό αποτελούμενο από τρία ενήλικα μέλη ή δύο ενήλικα και δύο ανήλικα μέλη ή μονογονεϊκή οικογένεια με τρία ανήλικα μέλη 18. 000 ευρώ Νοικοκυριό αποτελούμενο από τρία ενήλικα και ένα ανήλικο μέλος ή δύο ενήλικα και τρία ανήλικα μέλη ή μονογονεϊκή οικογένεια με τέσσερα ανήλικα μέλη 24. 750 ευρώ Νοικοκυριό αποτελούμενο από τέσσερα ενήλικα μέλη ή δύο ενήλικα και τέσσερα ανήλικα μέλη ή μονογονεϊκή οικογένεια με πέντε ανήλικα μέλη 27. 000 ευρώ Για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα με αναπηρία εξήντα επτά τοις εκατό (67%) και άνω τα παραπάνω εισοδηματικά όρια αυξάνονται κατά οκτώ χιλιάδες (8. 000) ευρώ. Για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη μηχανικής υποστήριξης με χρήση ιατρικών συσκευών, η οποία παρέχεται κατ’ οίκον και είναι απαραίτητη για τη ζωή τους, τα παραπάνω εισοδηματικά όρια αυξάνονται κατά δεκαπέντε χιλιάδες (15. 000) ευρώ. Για κάθε επιπλέον ενήλικο μέλος προστίθεται το ποσό των 4. 500 ευρώ και για κάθε επιπλέον ανήλικο μέλος το ποσό των 2. 250 ευρώ, μέχρι του συνολικού ορίου των 31. 500 ευρώ ανεξαρτήτως του αριθμού των μελών του νοικοκυριού. Το συγκεκριμένο ανώτατο όριο (31. 500 €) αυξάνεται κατά 8. 000 ευρώ για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα με αναπηρία εξήντα επτά τοις εκατό (67%) και άνω και κατά 15. 000 ευρώ για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη μηχανικής υποστήριξης με χρήση ιατρικών συσκευών, η οποία παρέχεται κατ’ οίκον και είναι απαραίτητη για τη ζωή τους. ii. Έχουν οι ίδιοι και τα μέλη του νοικοκυριού, ακίνητη περιουσία, στην Ελλάδα ή στο εξωτερικό, με συνολική φορολογητέα αξία, έως το ποσό των 120. 000 ευρώ για το μονοπρόσωπο νοικοκυριό, προσαυξανόμενη κατά 15. 000 ευρώ για κάθε πρόσθετο μέλος και έως ανώτατο όριο 180. 000 ευρώ. iii. Τα μέλη του νοικοκυριού δεν εμπίπτουν στις διατάξεις του φόρου πολυτελείας και δεν δηλώνουν δαπάνες διαβίωσης για αμοιβές πληρωμάτων σκαφών αναψυχής, δίδακτρα σε ιδιωτικά σχολεία και για οικιακούς βοηθούς, οδηγούς αυτοκινήτων, δασκάλους και λοιπό προσωπικό. 2) Πώς και πότε υποβάλλεται αίτηση; Οι αιτήσεις για την ένταξη στο ΚΟΤ υποβάλλονται ηλεκτρονικά μέσω του ειδικού προγράμματος της Η. () Η αίτηση υποβάλλεται από τον υπόχρεο υποβολής δήλωσης φορολογίας εισοδήματος του νοικοκυριού, ή τη σύζυγό του με απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση η παροχή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας να είναι ήδη στο όνομά του ή της συζύγου του. Κάθε νοικοκυριό λαμβάνει το ΚΟΤ μόνον για την παροχή της κύρια κατοικίας. 3) Ποια είναι τα όρια κατανάλωσης για να εφαρμοσθεί το ΚΟΤ; Το K. O. T. εφαρμόζεται για το σύνολο της τετραμηνιαίας κατανάλωσης και έως τα αντίστοιχα όρια κατανάλωσης που προβλέπονται για κάθε κατηγορία δικαιούχου: Όρια τετραμηνιαίας κατανάλωσης (120ημερών) για τιμολόγηση με ΚΟΤ Α’ και ΚΟΤ Β’: Όρια τετραμηνιαίας κατανάλωσης 1. 400 kWh 1. 600 kWh 1. 700 kWh 1. 800 kWh 1. 900 kWh 2. 000 kWh Για κατανάλωση μικρότερη των 200 kWh ανά τετράμηνο, δεν υπολογίζεται έκπτωση ΚΟΤ. Για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα με αναπηρία εξήντα επτά τοις εκατό (67%) και άνω τα παραπάνω όρια κατανάλωσης αυξάνονται κατά 300 kWh. Για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη μηχανικής υποστήριξης με χρήση ιατρικών συσκευών, η οποία παρέχεται κατ’ οίκον και είναι απαραίτητη για τη ζωή τους, τα παραπάνω όρια κατανάλωσης αυξάνονται κατά 600 kWh. Για κάθε επιπλέον ενήλικο μέλος προστίθεται κατανάλωση 200 kWh και για κάθε επιπλέον ανήλικο μέλος κατανάλωση 100 kWh, μέχρι του συνολικού ορίου των 2. 400 kWh ανεξαρτήτως του αριθμού των μελών του νοικοκυριού. Το συγκεκριμένο ανώτατο όριο (2. 400 kWh) αυξάνεται κατά 300 kWh για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα με αναπηρία εξήντα επτά τοις εκατό (67%) και άνω και κατά 600 kWh για νοικοκυριό που στη σύνθεσή του περιλαμβάνει και άτομο ή άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη μηχανικής υποστήριξης με χρήση ιατρικών συσκευών, η οποία παρέχεται κατ’ οίκον και είναι απαραίτητη για τη ζωή τους. 4) Ποια είναι η χορηγούμενη έκπτωση; Ο Προμηθευτής θα εφαρμόζει τις τιμές χρέωσης Προμήθειας βάσει του Οικιακού Τιμολογίου που έχει επιλέξει ο εκάστοτε πελάτης και επί αυτών θα υπολογίζει την έκπτωση του ΚΟΤ ως εξής: ΠΙΝΑΚΑΣ ΕΚΠΤΩΣΕΩΝ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΟΥ ΟΙΚΙΑΚΟΥ ΤΙΜΟΛΟΓΙΟΥ Έκπτωση στη χρέωση προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας σε €/kWh Κ. Ο. Τ. Α Κ. Β 0, 075€/kWh 0, 045€/kWh Η παραπάνω έκπτωση υπολογίζεται στη χρέωση Προμήθειας για την κατανάλωση ημέρας. Εάν ο πελάτης έχει επιλέξει το Νυχτερινό Οικιακό Τιμολόγιο, τότε η έκπτωση εφαρμόζεται και στη χρέωση Προμήθειας για την κατανάλωση της νύχτας (ώρες μειωμένης χρέωσης), όπως προβλέπεται στην Υπουργική Απόφαση. 5) Ποια επιπλέον έκπτωση εφαρμόζει η ΔΕΗ στους πελάτες ΚΟΤ; Στα άτομα με μηχανική υποστήριξη που είναι δικαιούχοι του Κοινωνικού Οικιακού Τιμολογίου (ΚΟΤ Α και Β) η ΔΕΗ από 01. 10. 2019 παρέχει έκπτωση 50% στην τιμή χρέωσης ενέργειας του υπόψη τιμολογίου, που υπολείπεται μετά το ποσό της επιδότησης που χορηγείται από την Πολιτεία, σύμφωνα με το σχετικό ΦΕΚ (ΦΕΚ Β/242/01. 18) 6) Πώς γίνεται η τιμολόγηση κατά την ένταξη ή απένταξη στο ΚΟΤ Α ή ΚΟΤ Β; Κατά την έκδοση του πρώτου Εκκαθαριστικού λογαριασμού, μετά την αρχική ημερομηνία ένταξης του δικαιούχου, το νέο ΚΟΤ δεν εφαρμόζεται για το σύνολο της κατανάλωσης του συγκεκριμένου λογαριασμού, αλλά μόνον για την περίοδο κατανάλωσης που έπεται της ημερομηνίας ένταξης στο νέο ΚΟΤ. Συγκεκριμένα για τον υπολογισμό της κατανάλωσης με το ΚΟΤ, πολλαπλασιάζεται ο αριθμός των ημερών ένταξης με τη μέση ημερήσια κατανάλωση του υπόψη λογαριασμού (kWh/ημέρες Εκκαθαριστικού λογαριασμού).

Flera witnesses many atrocities committed by the Nazis and is physically aged by his experiences. @FireWoRri0R You are wrong on your orders for the Wehrmacht, the Wehrmacht were given orders to kill all prisoners and on many occasions kill civilians of Jewish faith or pro-bolshevik ideology, although they were no were as brutal as the SS Einsatzgruppen, but remember Einsatzgruppen and Einsatzkommandos (subunits of the 4 Einsatzgruppen sections) were not Waffen, they leant more towards the Allgemeine wing, a part of the Totenkopfverbande, not fighting Waffen units, just execution task forces.

Brilliant War-based movie, in the eyes of a child who was forced to grow up. There is a paradox there however, as the child was very eager to put a rifle on and go to war- little did he know that his worst nightmares were yet to come his way. His tasks throughout the film add to his growing character, and touched me in a way that most movies do not. I especially enjoyed the part where he was dragging through the deep sinking mud, as this was actually said by the director "go ahead and go across, i'll just film. not in those exact words.) He matures throughout the movie and it is apparent in the look of his eyes. Through the evil things the Nazis are doing to innocent people, and he was one of the lucky ones to survive. It also says a lot about his character when at the end they have captured some Nazis, and he decided to shoot the picture of Hitler instead of the actual prisoners. Very well thought out movie, and I would recommend it to those seeking an action filled film.

Likewise a good deal of recent work emanating from Germany itself—and, in particular, a major exhibition in Hamburg in 1995—has cast a great deal of doubt on the conventional view that atrocities on the Eastern Front were carried out by the SS and various ill-assorted non-German Nazis, whilst the professional Wehrmacht got on with the job of being ordinary soldiers. So whilst it may indeed be the case, as some critics have complained, that will do little to foster good East-West relations, its representation of German soldiery in Byelorussia as glorying in the most vile and degraded behaviour imaginable, at least has the virtue of historical accuracy, and of puncturing the assiduously cultivated myth of the dutiful Wehrmacht. has aptly been described as an "epic of derangement, " and long before the horrors of Perekhody are presented in 25 almost unbearable minutes, the spectator has been submerged in a world that seems to have gone stark raving mad. Whether in the opening scene, in which two boys dig for buried guns in a bleak, Beckett-like landscape of sand dunes; Florya and Glasha's agonised struggle through a swamp to reach an encampment of lamenting women surrounding a charred, but still living, body; or the picaresque cross-country journey to find food, accompanied by a death's-head-like effigy of Hitler, in which only Florya survives just, this is a film informed with the spirit of Goya's The Disasters of War. Philip Strick has drawn a parallel with the "fevered expressionism" of Chukrai's Ballad of a Soldier and Kalatozov's The Cranes are Flying, and whilst it is true that there are plenty of bravura sequences involving long, mobile, hand-held shots, there is nothing particularly heroic about the vision of war on offer here. Indeed, from the moment Florya leaves home—not entirely willingly—it is presented as one long, utterly brutalising experience which leaves him looking like a wizened old man. In the early scene at the partisan camp in which the partisans are photographed in an heroic group pose, and the soundtrack fills with a patriotic song, it's as if Klimov is actually poking fun, not at the partisans themselves of course, but at the conventionalised image which they acquired in the post-war Soviet Union. The sense of derangement is massively augmented by the film's remarkably orchestrated soundtrack. Aural distortion is present right from the start, when one of the boys looking for guns addresses the camera in a voice that seems to have come straight out of The Exorcist. It becomes much more pronounced, however, after the scene in which the partisan camp is bombed, which causes damage to Florya's hearing. From then on in the soundtrack is what Strick has described as a "stunning tinnitus of distorted tones, " in particular making great play with variations on and treatments of the drone of the lone aircraft which reappears throughout the film like the sword of Damocles circling overhead. Not since Raging Bull or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre have the expressive possibilities of the soundtrack been exploited to such devastating effect. —Julian Petley.

One of the most truly horrifying films ever made. Affecting to the very end. This movie is a masterpiece. Missed easily the 2 most emotionally harrowing films ever made, Come And See and Threads.

Emilio I think you are misunderstanding the baby Hitler scene. On one hand you have the Russian boy, hitting rock bottom and becoming the personification of hate (no matter how righteous) on the other you have the brilliant scene of reversed but unavoidable long and complex causality, that ends/starts with the personification of innocence, a baby. The scene is not about shooting baby Hitler, but about the causality that leads to such horrors. There is no reason to hold hope for the boy not turning into a monster later on. And it's a shame not pointing out the genius of the following scene, probably the best ending in movie history, with the partisans filmed from behind and walking forward and then coming from all directions, as if the entire humankind is stuck in that cold forest. There's nothing patriotic or pleasant about it. There's no come with us message. You can feel them moving on into history, while the camera points up at the sky, director's job done, a glimpse of ongoing reality shown, an instant of horrid causality that has been since forever and will be forever. Excuse my language, but it's fucking brilliant.

Mozarts Requiem - one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written. They shot the Cow. Hopefully they ate it too, I would've. Killing. what y'all know about killing. I am Reality. This film imo is a far greater masterpiece than Apocalypse Now could ever be and isn't just the greatest anti-war film, it's one of the best films of all time. Period. Also, can you please do a video on Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors since as though you have encyclopaedic knowledge on Soviet cinema.

Throws a hand full of sand at the wall HIT THE BEACH. Watch Idi i smotri. Any war movies that even comes close to the perfection, art and nightmarish realism in Idi i Smotri? Even had the luck to be able to watch the new remaster of the film in cinema last year, wow, what an experience. I saw Third Part of The Night too, also good but I like Idi i Smotri more. But I haven't seen any war, holocaust or WWII film that is like Idi i Smotri. Any tips? Glory 1989 is the best.
